A Fun Day!

On July 30, 2011. We went to the Letchworth Park to go hiking.

We saw many tall trees there. On the minus side, the weather is a little hot. But On the plus side, we didn’t see any dangerous animal, and we saw a little waterfall. It was very beautiful. A special bridge goes across the falls. I took a lot of photos.

When we have lunch, I saw a place sale something about Harry Potter. I was very happy and excited. I want to buy all the things. I have all of the Chinese versions of the Harry Potter books. So English versions of the Harry Potter books are what I want most. Those books could help me improve my English, and the storyline is really interesting. But those books are really expensive. My parents won't let me buy. So I buy a Time-Turner, it’s cheaper than each book.

And I saw a man looks like Harry Potter. But some other people don’t think so. I took photos with him. He is a super star for me! You can’t believe it! A coincidence, my friend took photo of a young girl. She looks like Hermione very much.

I’m so happy, because my day is surrounded by Harry Potter!

kayaking is really fun!

   On 7-26-11.My friends and I went kayaking.It was a fun day.And the weather was cool.
   There were 13 people went kayaking.I was originally without a partner.But luckily,Liam helped me.So Liam was my partner.
   In the lake,we saw many cute ducks and swans.The white swans was very beautiful.Liam and I said a lot of words.I improved my English and knew something interesting about Liam.Liam recommended to me a movie.I will watch it on my free time.There are some tall reeds.If without Liam's help.Liam I'm sure I will get lost.And with Liam's help.I didn't get wet when I went kayaking in the lake.

   But When I went ashore after.I wanted to help a man put a paddle on a kayak.When I saw a piece of water with lichen.I thought the piece of water is ground.So I stood on it.Then my pants got wet... ...That's terrible.

   I had a really great time,although I got wet!

  

  

Visiting Genessee Country Village and Museum is fun!

   We visited on Friday 7-22-11.On the minus side, it was a very hot day. On the plus side,we saw many interesting and beautiful buildings.

   I with my friends went to the frist beautiful building .We saw a kind lady.She told us some of  this house and owner of the house.I know something interesting.Then ,she invited us to visit the kitchen.In the kitchen,we met another kind lady.She showed us some interesting cookers long before,and told us how to make somedelicious food.The food looks very beautiful.

   We also went to a house like Blacksmith Shop.There are two people in it.They showed us how to make the thin iron safe.And they send two gifts to me and my friends.

   In the Genessee Country Village and Museum.We saw some interesting animals like cows,a Butterfly ……

   I had a great time!!

   I like watching movies very much.Do you know the famous movies called Harry Potter?I really like them.I watch all the movies,and I have all the books.Harry Potter can make me very happy.
   I like animals.I really want to buy a dog.But takeing care of the dog is difficult.So my mother doesn't like the dog and doesn't buy a dog for me. 
   I like American food.It's delicious.I like the tomatoes,cola,coffee,and yogurt.
   My favorite subjects are English and math.So I want to improve my English in the U.S.That will be interesting.
   I think I can improve my English this summer.What a great summer!I can't wait!
